WORK PERMITS
Every year many people from abroad enter Canada to either work temporarily in Canada as a foreign worker, or with
the purpose to gain Canadian work experience to eventually settle as a permanent resident in Canada.
In order to work in
Canada, a foreign national may or may not need a work permit and/or a Labour Market Impact Assessment depending on various criteria,
e.g. the job category.
